Examples of Imaginative Education Lesson & Units

Simply using a joke or telling a story doesn’t reflect the Imaginative Education (IE) approach; creating an imaginative, story-shaped context for learning, does. As you look at the example below, notice how different cognitive tools are employed to engage emotion with knowledge.  Be sure to also look at the entire outline to get a complete sense of how IE can shape teaching/learning.
